# Handbook QA (handbook_qa)

Answers questions from the internal operations handbook of Norvane Systems GmbH, a fictional company invented for this experiment. The handbook exists nowhere on the web; this agent is the only way to read it. Every answer carries a verbatim quote that is checked mechanically against the handbook; a question the handbook does not cover is reported as `not_in_handbook`, never guessed.
